In class we had 6 mystery substances.  We used physical properties to figure out if the substances were powders and crystals.  We also found out that vinegar is an indicator for baking soda and iodine is an indicator for starch.  We learned about using the pH scale to find out if our substances were acids or bases and we learned that substances react to heat.

We practiced observing in class and saw some fun reactions.  After we learn more in the unit we will determine why the reactions took place.

In class we made math board games about factors, multiples, and divisibility rules.  My team made a game about divisibility rules.

In Math Enrichment we created frequency tables, bar graphs, and line plots about data we collected.

My name is dabrion my favorite animal is a cheetah my favorite thing to do is to draw.  My favorite place to go is to six flags and ocean city.  My favorite food is pizza.  My favorite teacher is Mrs Travis.

Cheetah lion and leopard was looking for something yummy. Cheetah had to walk where the grass was to catch a gazelle. Lion saw cheetah spring into action he said  let me show him how it is done! lion went after a zebra but he did not catch the zebra because the zebra kicked lion in the face. Leopard had already killed a buffalo and her mother put up a tree for her but she cant climb. Mr .lion saw that lion has not gotten a meal. Lion wanted to fight because mr.lion teased lion but lion lost because mr.lion bit him and scratched him mr .lion said that lion is not strong . cheetah heard the too lions fighting and he was so speedy that he knocked down ten trees and two buffalos. Cheetah told lion the steps of fighting that made him strong again cheetah also trained leopard how to climb.Cheetah climbed the tree and showed leopard cheetah also showed lion how to scratch and bite.
